At Ethentials, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to make your shopping experience hassle-free.

Returns and Exchanges:

   • You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns:
   • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
   • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
   • Please include the original packing slip with your return.
3. Initiating a Return:
   • Log in to your Ethentials account.
   • Go to the “Order History” section and select the order containing the items you wish to return.
   • Follow the instructions to initiate the return process.

Refund Process:

1. Timing:
   • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned items.
2. Original Shipping Charges:
   • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Refund Method:

Exchanges:

   • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
